The core of DELTAsort is a delta robot that offers significantly fast picking speeds, especially when combined with our classifiation models detecting different waste types. In addition, the robot’s design and gripping mechanism are optimized for sorting household plastic waste and extracting the most valuable materials, such as clear PET, colored PET, and aluminum cans. Within the HMI2MARKET initiative, the startup received comprehensive support aimed at accelerating the development and market introduction of innovative human–machine interface (HMI) solutions. FSB provided a structured pathway for transforming early-stage HMI concepts into market-ready industrial solutions, leveraging both technical excellence and business acceleration capacities of the participating institutions.
The assistance combined:
